  The following supporting documention is required:

• Resume
• Alberta Teacher Certificate
• Teacher Qualification Statement
• Verification of Teaching Experience
• Criminal Record Check (which must be less than one (1)  year old) - available through your local RCMP Detachment .
• Please print a copy of the attached letter to provide to your local RCMP - RCMP form letter 2011
• Intervention Record Check -  (which must be less than six (6) months old) - available through Central Alberta Child and Family Service
• Provincial Tax Form
• Federal Tax Form
• Direct Deposit Form
